Single jab + right hand to body
Double jab + right hand to body
Front kick (front leg) followed by jab + right hand
Roundhouse kick (front leg) followed by right hand to head
Jab + right hand + front kick back leg
Jab + right hand + roundhouse kick back leg
Multiple bag work.
Repeated in opposite guard after each section.
